Early in the morning of March 27, Nancy Acosta Hernández, Head of the Directorate of Attention to Local Administrations of the People's Power in the Council of Ministers, arrived in the municipality of Antilla as part of a day-long visit to this Nipeño territory. Upon their arrival, together with other officials, they were received by members of the Municipal Administration Council.
As the first item on the agenda, the fulfillment of the Municipal Development Strategy was evaluated, with emphasis on the actions corresponding to the year 2024.
The meeting also analyzed: the current status of the Local Development Projects, the use of the territorial contribution in the year 2023 and compliance with the plan and budget, among others.
Throughout this first day, there will be exchanges with the Global Economic Bodies, the Municipal Company of Communal Areas, the Delegation of Agriculture and the municipal directorates of Culture and Sports, among others. In the afternoon, there will be tours of production and service institutions, water resources, construction, production bases and independent producers.
Tomorrow the tour will take place in the different districts, to exchange with their inhabitants and visit institutions located in each one of them.
